Most commonly booked as background music Articulate Jazz ensemble can perform as various sizes and line-ups. Most popular is a saxophone led quartet or vocal led quintet (male or female) including drums, double bass and piano. Other options are a piano trio (piano, double bass, drums), duo (sax and piano or piano and double bass) or just a solo pianist.
Repertoire includes well known jazz and latin standards, ballads, swing, funk/fusion as well as more commercial jazz such as Jamie Cullum and Michael Buble.
Again like all that Articulate Music has to offer, Articulate Jazz is a bespoke service that can be tailored in terms of repertoire and line-up to suit your requirements. Certain venues that we have performed in are only licensed to house completely acoustic ensembles which we can comply with upon request.
