How much does it cost?

‘Please don’t hesitate to send us an email to request our full pricing structure. For each booking we provide a bespoke service, tailored to your exact needs.

What type of Entertainment would I like?

If it’s dancing all night long you want then a 6 or 7 piece function band would be the obvious choice. If your thinking that background music might be more appropriate then a tasteful Jazz quartet would definitely fit the bill. Of course with so many bands and ensembles around these days there are good and bad. At Articulate Music we understand that its important for you to have 100% confidence in who you are hiring, which leads to our next question…

How long have they been working professionally?

With immeasurably important events in mind such as a Wedding, putting your faith in an ensemble that has extensive experience in their field is of course the sensible option. Articulate Music only works with individuals or groups who have this experience and who will consistently perform to the highest standard without failure.

How do I plan details such as arrival and setting up?

We’re sure you will agree that having equipment carted through the middle of your reception during the Grooms speech for example, is likely to ruin the atmosphere. Articulate Music plan such important details with each of our clients prior to the event to meet your approval. This level of service is treated as standard for any booking with Articulate Music without of course any extra charge.

Will they play the right sort of music?

Any reputable ensemble or DJ will work closely with a client to assure that an appropriate set list is performed or played and Articulate Music is of course no exception. If it is a DJ your hiring then our database of 30,000 plus titles new and old, is more than likely to make your requested tunes available at the touch of a button. Furthermore a predetermined play list is a viable optional available upon your request.

Will they already be booked?

Naturally ensembles with a good reputation are likely to be booked well in advance so be sure not to leave it to the last minute! With regards to weddings most clients will book their entertainment well in advance.
